Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unse... 1 Controlling Business Partner (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben * Business Partnering: Du unterstützt die operativen Führungsteams bei allen finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und wirkst als Sparring Partner auf Augenhöhe

* Performance Management: Du erstellst, interpretierst und kommentierst regelmäßige Analysen für das monatliche Performance Reporting und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab

* Planung & Steuerung: Du verantwortest Budgetierung, Forecasting und Mehrjahresplanung für definierte Werke oder Geschäftsbereiche

* Investitionscontrolling: Du begleitest Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Investitionsrechnungen und erstellst fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management

* Steuerungsinstrumente: Du entwickelst und pflegst KPI-Systeme, Reportings und Controlling-Tools um Transparenz und Vergleichbarkeit zu schaffen

* Cross-functionale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Finance, Accounting und operativen Einheiten zusammen, um finanzielle Ziele konsistent an der Unternehmensstrategie auszurichten

* Prozess- & BI-Weiterentwicklung: Du treibst die Optimierung unserer Controlling-Prozesse sowie den Ausbau einer modernen BI- und Reportinglandschaft aktiv voran

* Strategiebeitrag: Mit fundierten Analysen und einem klaren finanziellen Meinungsbild unterstützt du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmensstrategie und leistest einen direkten Beitrag zu nachhaltigem Wachstum und Ergebnisqualität

Qualifikationen - Dein Profil * Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzmanagement * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, bevorzugt im Industrie- oder Produktionsumfeld * Analytisches Denken, Freude an Zahlen und ein Blick für sinnvolle Prozessverbesserungen * Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Umsetzungsstärke * Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. INFOR) und BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) * Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung sowie sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) * Erfahrung mit Projekt- und Prozesstools (z. B. Jira, Confluence, BPM-Software) ist von Vorteil
