Als CNC-draaier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig instellen, programmeren en bedienen van CNC-draaibanken. Je werkt aan zowel stukwerk als kleine reeksen in diverse materialen zoals staal, aluminium en kunststof.

  • Instellen en programmeren van CNC-machines voor nauwkeurige bewerkingen.
  • Vertalen van technische tekeningen naar perfect afgewerkte onderdelen.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit door gerichte controles tijdens en na de bewerking.
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan machines en gereedschappen om optimale prestaties te garanderen.
  • Communiceren met de productiecoördinator over voortgang en verbeterpunten.
  • Werken in een modern uitgerust atelier met aandacht voor detail en precisie. Deze functie biedt veel variatie, verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om te werken met moderne technologie in een technisch sterk onderbouwde werkomgeving.

Wie ben jij als CNC-draaier?

We zoeken een technisch vaardige en gemotiveerde CNC-draaier met een passie voor metaalbewerking.

  • Technische of mechanische opleiding gevolgd.
  • Goede basiskennis van CNC-draaien en bereidheid om verder te leren.
  • Kunnen lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen.
  • Zelfstandig werken, maar ook goed functioneren binnen een team.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen, initiatief en flexibiliteit.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in dagdienst.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
  • Streven naar kwaliteit en afwerking in elk stuk dat je aflevert. Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die zijn technische talenten wil benutten in een omgeving waar vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal staan.
