Daher ist unser Unternehmen jederzeit an weltoffenen un... 1 Corporate Change Management & OD Consultant (all gender) Das sind Ihre Aufgaben Als Corporate Change Management & OD Consultant begleitest du Menschen, Teams und Organisationen durch Veränderungsprozesse und schaffst die Voraussetzungen für nachhaltigen Erfolg. Du entwickelst globale Standards, unterstützt internationale Transformationsinitiativen und arbeitest eng mit unseren Corporate Funktionen sowie den Regionen weltweit zusammen. Mit deinem Know-how in Change Management und Organisationsentwicklung trägst du dazu bei, die Zukunft von ALPLA aktiv mitzugestalten.

* Du entwickelst und etablierst einen globalen Change Management Standard inklusive Methoden, Tools und gemeinsamer Sprache für ALPLA. * Ein internationales Netzwerk von Change Managern baust du auf, entwickelst es weiter und förderst den professionellen Austausch innerhalb der Organisation. * Organisatorische Veränderungsbedarfe analysierst du und konzipierst Workshops, Formate sowie Maßnahmen, um Veränderungen nachhaltig zu verankern. * Für Change-Initiativen entwickelst und implementierst du zielgerichtete Kommunikationskonzepte und Kommunikationspläne. * Führungskräfte, Teams und Projektverantwortliche begleitest und berätst du in Transformations- und Veränderungsprozessen. * Du stärkst die Change Readiness unserer Organisation und unterstützt dabei, unsere Wachstumsziele erfolgreich umzusetzen. * Die nachhaltige Umsetzung und Verankerung von Veränderungen in der Organisation stellst du sicher.

Das bringen Sie mit * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Begleitung mittelgroßer bis großer Veränderungs- und Transformationsprojekte. * Fundierte Ausbildung oder Zertifizierung im Bereich Change Management und Organisationsentwicklung. * Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung ist von Vorteil. * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Konflikten, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Ausbildung oder Zertifizierung in Konfliktmoderation oder Mediation. * Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Zertifizierungen wie PRINCE2, IPMA oder PMP. * Erfahrung mit gängigen Change-Management-Modellen wie ADKAR® ist wünschenswert. * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, auch anspruchsvolle Themen offen, konstruktiv und zielgruppenorientiert anzusprechen. * Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld.
