Binnen een adviesomgeving waar accountancy, corporate finance en strategische begeleiding samenkomen, krijg je een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen van ondernemers bij waarderingen, overnames en financiële analyses. De functie biedt autonomie, verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om projecten volledig te trekken van begin tot einde.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Optreden als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleiden van ondernemers doorheen het volledige traject van waardebepaling tot overname.
  • Uitvoeren van waardebepalingen met gangbare methodes om tot een objectieve ondernemingswaarde te komen.
  • Uitwerken van haalbaarheidsstudies en budgetten die de visie van de ondernemer vertalen naar concrete cijfers.
  • Coördineren van projecten en actief bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van de corporate finance afdeling.
  • Zorgdragen voor een vlotte samenwerking met collega’s en een optimale klantenervaring van A tot Z.
  • Masterdiploma handelswetenschappen (TEW, accountancy‑finance) of gelijkwaardig.
  • 6 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring, idealiter in corporate finance, audit of waarderingsopdrachten.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en vaardigheid om snel structuur te brengen in complexe vraagstukken.
  • Ondernemend, klantgericht en communicatief, met het vermogen om vertrouwen op te bouwen en kritisch mee te denken.
  • Zin om projecten te trekken én actief bij te dragen aan de groei van de corporate finance afdeling.
  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en comfortabel in een trekkersrol.
