Je komt terecht in een uniek bouwconsortium dat het deelproject Rechteroever binnen de Oosterweelverbinding realiseert. Binnen deze rol versterk je het Cost Assurance‑team, dat instaat voor auditopvolging, financiële controle en correcte verantwoording van projectkosten binnen één van de grootste infrastructuurprojecten van België.

  • Opvolgen van audits door de opdrachtgever en intern uitzetten van auditvragen.
  • Optimaliseren en mee uitwerken van procedures en rapporteringen.
  • Controleren van verantwoordingsstukken van kosten opgenomen in de schuldvordering.
  • Overleggen met de opdrachtgever over opmerkingen of verworpen kosten.
  • Ondersteunen van deelgebieden tijdens audits.
  • Verdiepen in de werking van het NEC4‑contract (New Engineering Contract).
  • Ondersteunen van de verantwoordelijke Cost Assurance.
  • Bachelor of master in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Gestructureerd, projectmatig en in staat prioriteiten te bepalen en deadlines te respecteren.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken.
  • Interesse in de Oosterweelverbinding; achtergrond in civiele werken is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
  • Financiële of (interne) auditervaring is een pluspunt maar geen must.
  • Waarden die aansluiten bij respect, oplossingsgerichtheid, connectie en onderscheidend vermogen.
  • Gedreven, leergierig en gemotiveerd om mee te bouwen aan dit grootschalige project.
