Jij vertaalt complexe klantvragen naar een scherpe, onderbouwde kostprijs en denkt tegelijk mee over slimme technische keuzes. - Je analyseert ontwerpen, contractstukken en klantvragen en maakt hiervan complete begrotingen. - Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en weegt prijs, kwaliteit, planning en techniek zorgvuldig af. - Je signaleert kansen, risico's en alternatieven en vertaalt deze naar een competitieve aanbieding. - Je stemt intensief af met tendermanagers, engineers en projectteams om tot de beste oplossing te komen. - Je blijft betrokken bij engineering, zodat je actuele kennis direct meeneemt in je kostprijs en besluitvorming. Functie-eisen Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en durft onderbouwde keuzes te maken wanneer de druk hoog is. Met jouw ervaring begrijp je snel waar techniek, kosten en haalbaarheid elkaar raken. Je beweegt makkelijk tussen details en hoofdlijnen en schakelt soepel met verschillende disciplines. - Hbo-niveau in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Installatietechniek. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider, calculator, engineer of in een vergelijkbare rol. - Affiniteit met complexe gebouwgebonden installaties en integrale projecten. - Ervaring met het beoordelen van technische documenten, calculaties en offertes. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, leergierigheid en besluitvaardigheid in je aanpak.
