Heb jij net je bachelor behaald en ben je op zoek naar een eerste job waarin je meteen verantwoordelijkheid krijgt? Werk je graag nauwkeurig, ben je niet bang om de telefoon op te nemen én hou je ervan om problemen op te lossen?

Als Credit Collector zorg jij ervoor dat facturen correct en tijdig betaald worden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over hun betalingen en zoekt steeds naar een oplossing die voor iedereen werkt.

Jouw dag bestaat uit:

  • Klanten contacteren over openstaande facturen (telefonisch en via mail).
  • Betalingsverschillen en vragen onderzoeken en oplossen.
  • Klantendossiers administratief correct opvolgen.
  • Overzichten maken van openstaande betalingen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van Finance en Operations om dossiers vlot af te handelen.
  • Je team ondersteunen met administratieve taken.

Jij:

  • behaalde een bachelor (bijvoorbeeld in Finance, Accountancy, Bedrijfsmanagement of een andere relevante richting);
  • communiceert vlot en durft klanten telefonisch te woord te staan;
  • denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt nauwkeurig;
  • bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office, vooral Excel;
  • spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede basis Frans en Engels.

Ervaring in credit collection of finance? Mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid.
