Credit Controller Regio Kennemerland | Vaste baan (Werving & Selectie) Credit Controller Voor een toonaangevende speler in de fashion-industrie, gevestigd in de regio Beverwijk , zoeken wij een Credit Controller voor 24-32 uur per week . Ben jij iemand met goede communicatieve skills die energie krijgt van het beheren van een internationale debiteurenportefeuille en daarnaast graag een brede rol binnen de financiële administratie vervult? Dan is dit jouw kans. In deze functie draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor een soepel order-to-cashproces, inclusief facturatie, opvolging en diverse financiële werkzaamheden. Jouw taken bestaan uit: - Het opstellen, controleren en versturen van verkoopfacturen, en het monitoren en tijdig innen van openstaande vorderingen. - Het opvolgen van disputen en verwerken van factuurcorrecties. - Het beoordelen van kredietwaardigheid en het vastleggen van betalingsafspraken. - Het verzenden van betalingsherinneringen en aanmaningen, en het overdragen van vorderingen aan incassobureaus. - Het voorbereiden van voorstellen voor voorzieningen en afboekingen. - Het wekelijks bespreken van de debiteurenportefeuille met accountmanagers wereldwijd. - Het opstellen van managementrapportages, waaronder DSO‑ en ouderdomsanalyses. - Het bepalen van leverblokkades waar nodig. - Het boeken van bankmutaties. - Het meedenken over en verbeteren van Credit Control‑processen. - En bij periodieke luwte krijg je de kans om te assisteren op de salesafdeling. Daarnaast ondersteun je o.a. bij: - CBS-rapportages. - Licensing-rapportages. - Btw-aangiftes. - Betalingsautorisaties. Wie zoeken wij? - Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een financiële of administratieve richting. - Ten minste 4 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht. - Je behoudt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en schakelt snel. - Ervaring met geautomatiseerde debiteurensystemen en order-to-cashprocess...
