Jouw missie

Als Credit Controller draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie in België. Je zorgt voor een vlotte cashflow, beperkt risico's en versterkt tegelijk de relatie met de klanten. Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met commerciële flair en gebruikt moderne tools om processen slimmer te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Proactief opvolgen van openstaande vorderingen en actief bijdragen aan een gezonde customer ageing
  • Klantcontact onderhouden via telefoon en e-mail, op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier
  • Disputen analyseren en samen met Sales en Customer Service constructief oplossen
  • Key performance indicators en inzichten rapporteren aan de Credit Manager
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en actuele klantenadministratie in de systemen
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie
  • Digitale oplossingen en AI-tools (zoals ChatGPT) verkennen en inzetten om communicatie, rapportage en efficiëntie te versterken

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma in een financiële of economische richting, of relevante ervaring in credit control of debiteurenbeheer
  • Je communiceert helder, professioneel en met respect, ook in uitdagende situaties
  • Je bent onderhandelingsvaardig en overtuigt klanten op een positieve manier
  • Je combineert overzicht en analytisch vermogen met oog voor detail
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen met andere afdelingen
  • Je bent vlot in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); kennis van SAP is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt interesse in digitale tools en AI en ziet technologie als een kans om slimmer te werken
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels
