Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een Crisisbegeleider en Ondersteuner Internaten (60%) die vanuit een krachtgerichte visie gezinnen, kinderen, jongeren én internaten ondersteunt bij crisissituaties. Je helpt om veiligheid en stabiliteit te herstellen en bouwt samen met alle betrokkenen aan duurzame oplossingen.

Als crisisbegeleider bied je intensieve en kortdurende ondersteuning aan kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen die zich in een crisissituatie bevinden. Je werkt doelgericht aan het herstellen van veiligheid, rust en perspectief.

Naast crisisbegeleiding ondersteun je internaten bij het omgaan met complexe zorgsituaties.

Je zorgt steeds voor een correcte en professionele opvolging van dossiers. Als deel van een multidisciplinair team werk je nauw samen met diverse partners.

Wij zoeken een collega die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat en mensen kan versterken in moeilijke omstandigheden.

Je:

  • Beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een menswetenschappelijke richting.
  • Hebt ervaring of affiniteit met crisisbegeleiding, jeugdhulpverlening of gezinsbegeleiding.
  • Beschikt over sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
  • Hebt kennis van gesprekstechnieken en de sociale kaart.
  • Kunt situaties snel analyseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Bent stressbestendig en behoudt rust in complexe en emotioneel geladen situaties.
  • Werkt zelfstandig maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op.
  • Bent flexibel, professioneel en oplossingsgericht.
  • Gelooft in de kracht en mogelijkheden van kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen.
