Job description Als Conversie Optimalisatie Specialist speel je een sleutelrol in het datagedreven laten groeien van de D2C-webshops van onze opdrachtgever in Nederland, België en Duitsland. Je brengt kansen en knelpunten in de klantreis in kaart, vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven en zorgt dat de uitvoering daarvan op niveau blijft. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders binnen E-Commerce, Marketing en IT, en stuurt daarnaast de externe CRO-, UX- en developmentpartner aan. Jouw doel: de conversieratio en omzet per bezoeker structureel verhogen door een continu, onderbouwd optimalisatieproces neer te zetten met data en gebruikersinzichten als uitgangspunt en een frictieloze, betrouwbare klantreis als resultaat. Wat ga je doen - Je richt een schaalbaar en herhaalbaar CRO-proces in: van onderzoek en hypothesevorming tot uitvoering, analyse en vastlegging van leerpunten. - Je analyseert funnelprestaties en klantpaden in GA4 en combineert dit met gedragsdata uit heatmaps en sessieopnames om knelpunten te doorgronden. - Je vertaalt kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve inzichten naar onderbouwde, toetsbare hypotheses en bepaalt per initiatief of een A/B-test of een directe optimalisatie de beste route is. - Je bouwt en prioriteert de test- en optimalisatieroadmap, afgestemd op impact, inspanning, zekerheid en de commerciële kalender. - Je brieft en stuurt de ...
