Over de organisatie Onze klant is een dynamische importeur actief in de sector van schoonheidsverzorging (schoonheidsinstituten) en pedicure. Het bedrijf opereert binnen de Benelux en telt een 20-tal medewerkers in België.

Ter versterking van het team zijn we op zoek naar een Medewerker Customer Care

Jouw functie Als medewerker op het secretariaat en de klantendienst ben je een cruciale schakel binnen de organisatie. Je combineert administratieve taken met klantgericht contact en zorgt voor een vlotte interne en externe communicatie.

Je werkt voltijds (38u/week) en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Klantencontact & administratie

  • Beheer van receptie en telefonie
  • Noteren en opvolgen van bestellingen (o.a. via betaallinks met DHL)
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor scholen en groothandels
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes

Klantendossiers & product beheer

  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van CNK-codes voor retail klanten
  • Invullen en beheren van datasheets

Planning & logistiek

  • Inplannen van interventies voor een buitendiensttechnieker (reparaties en leveringen)
  • Beheer van retourzendingen

Orderverwerking

  • Ingeven van bestellingen in systemen (Ordas en AFAS)

Back-up taken

  • Ondersteuning in de winkel (klanten bedienen, kassa)
  • Aanvullen van producten (picking, scanning, labelen, controle EAN-codes)
  • Plaatsen en etiketteren van nieuwe artikelen

Webshopbeheer

  • Verwerken van online bestellingen
  • Controleren van klantopmerkingen en betalingen
  • Toevoegen van specifieke artikelen waar nodig
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, nauwkeurig en proactief
  • Je neemt initiatief en voelt je betrokken bij product, klant en markt
  • Je kan vlot multitasken en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken
  • Je werkt geconcentreerd en gestructureerd
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld, zowel qua taken als werkuren
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt
