De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als (junior) customer care officer?

  • Zowel telefonisch als per mail ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten
  • De inkomende orders worden door jou verwerkt, denk hierbij aan: orderregistratie, controle van de voorraad, organisatie van het transport...
  • Klanten komen bij jou terecht met hun vragen rond levertermijnen
  • Je behandelt mogelijke klachten op een vriendelijke manier en probeert altijd naar een win-winsituatie te streven
  • Je ondersteunt het verkoopteam (zorgen voor stalen, beschikbaarheid nagaan, ...)
  • Facturatie behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket: zowel de opstelling als opvolging van facturen
  • Overigens heb je ook veel klantencontact: zo sta je klanten te woord tijdens videoafspraken of fysieke bezoeken aan de showroom in Roeselare
