Van bestellingen en verzendingen tot retours en projectopvolging: jij bewaakt elk detail met precisie. Je anticipeert op mogelijke obstakels, communiceert proactief en zorgt ervoor dat elk contactmoment professioneel, persoonlijk en positief aanvoelt.

Kortom: jij bouwt duurzame klantrelaties door onze service om te zetten in beleving.

In de praktijk betekent dit dat je:

  • Dagelijks klantvragen behandelt over bestellingen, leveringen, retours en productinformatie
  • Dossiers opvolgt van A tot Z in ons ERP-systeem
  • Schakelt met logistiek en sales bij afwijkingen of speciale aanvragen
  • Proactief klanten informeert bij vertragingen of wijzigingen
  • Administratieve opvolging verzorgt (orderinput, creditnota’s, etc.)
  • Je brengt enkele jaren ervaring mee in een klantgerichte rol en weet hoe je rust en overzicht bewaart, ook wanneer het tempo hoog ligt.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende vragen, prioriteiten en persoonlijkheden. Jij houdt het hoofd koel en de communicatie helder.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving die beweegt. Groei, verandering en nieuwe structuren geven je energie in plaats van stress.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s, sales, logistiek of andere interne teams en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het gezamenlijke resultaat.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Je ziet werk liggen, pakt het vast en wacht niet tot iemand anders het oplost.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen talen. Nederlands en Frans beheers je native (of quasi perfect).
