In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je klanten binnen de Duitstalige markt en draag je dagelijks bij aan een uitstekende dienstverlening. Je komt terecht in een internationale werkomgeving waar klantgerichtheid, communicatie en samenwerking centraal staan. voor dus de functie van transportplanner

Functieomschrijving

  • Je begeleidt klanten tijdens het volledige traject, van offerte en bestelling tot een vlotte levering.
  • Je verstrekt informatie over producten, prijzen, levertermijnen en technische specificaties.
  • Je onderhoudt proactief contact met klanten, volgt dossiers op en biedt advies waar nodig.
  • Je denkt actief mee over een optimale klantenervaring en speelt in op de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je behandelt vragen en klachten op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van Customer Experience en andere interne afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office.
  • Je beheerst het Duits en Nederlands uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
