Voor een sterke en groeiende organisatie actief in HR- en payrolloplossingen zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Onboarding Consultant. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je klantencontact, consultancy, opleiding en payrollkennis. Je helpt klanten succesvol op weg met innovatieve HR- en payrollsoftware en bouwt mee aan een optimale dienstverlening.

Als Customer Onboarding Consultant begeleid je nieuwe klanten tijdens hun volledige implementatie- en opleidingstraject. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij snel en efficiënt aan de slag kunnen met de HR- en payrollsoftware.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Begeleiden van nieuwe klanten tijdens hun onboardingtraject.

• Analyseren van klantbehoeften en deze vertalen naar een efficiënte software-inrichting.

• Geven van opleidingen en workshops rond HR- en payrolltoepassingen.

• Ondersteunen en adviseren van klanten bij vragen over het gebruik van de software.

• Delen van jouw expertise met collega's via interne opleidingen en kennisoverdracht.

• Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van interne expertise.

• Signaleren van optimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen HR- en payrollprocessen. Profiel

Je combineert een passie voor payroll en sociale wetgeving met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je vindt het leuk om klanten te begeleiden en kennis over te dragen.

Wij zoeken iemand die:

• Beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring binnen payroll, HR of een sociaal secretariaat.

• Interesse heeft in sociale wetgeving, loonadministratie en HR-software.

• Graag opleidingen geeft en vlot kennis kan overbrengen.

• Klantgericht werkt en sterke relaties opbouwt.

• Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig kan werken.

• Analytisch sterk is en oplossingsgericht denkt.

• Initiatief neemt en voortdurend op zoek gaat naar verbeteringen.

• Ervaring heeft binnen payroll- of HR-processen. Ervaring binnen de publieke sector is een mooie troef.
