1 Customer Project Manager - Development & Manufacturing (m/w/d) Zur Verstärkung unseres Special Nutrition Solutions Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach einer motivierten Persönlichkeit, die uns als Customer Project Manager - Development & Manufacturing (m/w/d) unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben: * Eigenständige Leitung und Koordination von CDMO Projekten im Bereich der SNS - Übernahme der operativen Gesamtverantwortung für kundenbezogene Projekte und Änderungen entlang des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus * Steuerung von Projekten von der Kundenanfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss * Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in technische, operative und organisatorische Arbeitspakete * Abstimmung von Produktanforderungen, Zeitplänen, Budgets und Meilensteinen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern * Koordination zwischen Sales, Kunde, Produktentwicklung, Produktmanagement, Produktion, Qualität, Regulatory Affairs, Einkauf und der Supply Chain. * Moderation der Projektmeetings und aktive Steuerung von Projektfortschritt, Eskalationen und Gegenmaßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Risikoanalysen * Dokumentation aller projektbezogenen Entscheidungen und Ergebnisse gemäß interner und regulatorischer Anforderungen * Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei Kundenbesuchen und technischen Kundengesprächen * Erstellung von Präsentationen, Verkaufsunterlagen und kundenbezogenen Projektinformationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing * Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Projektmanagement- und Kundenprozessen

Deine Stärken: * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Lebensmittel (zB Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ernährungswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) * Zusatzqualifikation im Projektmanagement von Vorteil * Mind. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Lebensmittelindustrie, Lohnproduktion, Technical Sales oder Projektmanagement * Sehr gute Deutsch-, und Englischkenntnisse * Verständnis für industrielle Herstell- und Produktionsprozesse, Qualitätsanforderungen und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen * Kenntnisse in SAP und Projektmanagement Tools von Vorteil * Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint * Erfahrung im Umgang mit interdisziplinären Teams und internationalen Kunden * Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Teamfähigkeit * Reisebereitschaft je nach Kunden und Projektbedarf
