Wat is jouw opdracht?

Sterke klantrelaties maken het verschil. Als Customer Relation Specialist - Vlaanderen draag jij direct bij aan onze commerciële groei én aan een positieve klantervaring. Jij houdt van klantcontact, denkt mee, luistert aandachtig en neemt de leiding in het gesprek. Je werkt nauw samen met een accountmanager en vormt mee het commerciële kloppende hart van ons salesteam.

In deze rol adviseer je klanten op een professionele manier en detecteer je actief commerciële opportuniteiten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en zorgt voor een vlotte, correcte opvolging van alle vragen.
  • Je neemt proactief contact op met klanten om offertes te bespreken, bezwaren te doorgronden en oplossingen aan te reiken.
  • Je adviseert klanten op basis van jouw productkennis en denkt mee na over de beste veiligheidsoplossingen.
  • Je verwerkt complexe orders, maakt offertes op en behandelt klachten efficiënt en klantgericht.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en gaat actief aan de slag met up- en cross-selling.
  • Je initieert nieuwe veiligheidsoplossingen bij klanten en bouwt mee aan duurzame relaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met een accountmanager en draagt samen verantwoordelijkheid voor het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met andere afdelingen om de klantervaring te optimaliseren.

Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Boechout, samen met een dynamisch team dat elkaar versterkt en inspireert.

  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en bewaart rust in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt vooruit.
  • Je werkt graag met digitale tools en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP is een plus).
  • Je bent sterk in Excel.
