Customer Service Advisor - Bosch NL/FR

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

  • Klanten die jou bellen een goed antwoord bieden op hun vraag in zowel Nederlands als Frans.
  • Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag tussen 8u en 17u in een wisselend rooster.
  • In de winterperiode ook zaterdagen 8u - 13u in een beurtrol.
  • Goed om weten: uurroosters worden minstens 3 weken op voorhand gecommuniceerd.
  • Werken doe je in Diegem, of na verloop van tijd vanuit jouw thuiswerkplek.

PROFIEL

  • Actief luisteren, klantgericht zijn en gesproken en geschreven sterk communiceren in zowel Nederlands als Frans.
  • Je kan een oplossing bedenken voor dringende vragen en bent een creatief planner.
  • Snel bijleren, proceduregericht werken en multitasken.
  • Administratie goed aanpakken en schrijven zonder spellingfouten.
  • Voorstellen maken voor de klant voor een betere of volledigere dienstverlening.
  • Je hebt kennis van techniek en werkt vlot met een computer, da’s logisch.
