Onze klant in Genk streeft naar een voortdurende verbetering van de samenwerking met haar klanten om zo langdurige partnerships uit te bouwen. Als team member customer service ben jij de schakel in de keten die bijdraagt tot customer satisfaction.

Het takenpakket:

  • Dagelijks sta je in contact met de grootste accounts van de vestiging
  • Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en coördineert de correcte afhandeling van vragen
  • Je kan je inleven in de klant en doet er alles aan om een uitstekende service te leveren
  • Transporten volg je proactief op
  • Je overlegt met de andere teams en zoekt naar een passende oplossing
  • Samen met de operationele teams zorg je er mee voor dat performance targets behaald worden.

Profiel

Jouw profiel:

  • Je begrijpt dat uitstekende customer service het visitekaartje is
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands, Engels en Frans
  • Je kan een gesprek voeren in het Duits
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en wil continu bijleren
  • Je hebt excellente communicatie skills en bent proactief
  • Je hebt een sales georienteerde mindset
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
