Je komt terecht bij een van de belangrijkste Belgische groothandelsondernemingen. Onze klant is al meer dan 40 jaar actief op de binnenlandse markt van rookwaren, snoep, dranken en telefoonkaarten.

Jobomschrijving

Krijg jij energie van klanten helpen, telefoontjes afhandelen én tegelijk administratief alles netjes op orde houden? Dan zoeken we jou! Als Commercieel Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en onze klant. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, correct en klantvriendelijk verloopt. Dat wil zeggen dat je instaat voor:

  • Ingeven en verwerken van bestellingen die telefonisch of via mail binnenkomen;
  • Actief telefonisch verkopen van producten en promoties;
  • Verwerken van administratieve en telefonische klachten via Dynamics 365;
  • Correct opvolgen en communiceren van resultaten om doelstellingen te behalen;
  • Klanten professioneel, geduldig en respectvol verder helpen bij vragen of problemen;
  • Administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers.

Wie zoeken we? Dat vertellen we je graag! Als customer service medewerker vink je volgende puntjes af:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol;
  • Je bent zeer communicatief en klantgericht ingesteld;
  • Je bent commercieel sterk en niet bang om telefonisch contact op te nemen;
  • Je kan administratief nauwkeurig en ordelijk werken;
  • Je kan vlot met de computer werken en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van Dynamics 365;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een positieve ingesteldheid;
  • Tot slot ben je sterk in talen: Nederlands, Frans, Engels.
