1 Customer Service Coordinator mit Schwerpunkt auf Export (m/w/d) Diese Position ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet, mit Aussicht auf eine anschließende unbefristete Anstellung.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Empfangen und bearbeiten von Kundenaufträgen * Sicherstellung effizienter Logistikprozesse und Gewährleistung termingerechter Lieferungen * Kommunikation mit Kunden zu deren Bestellstatus, Rechnungen und weiterer Fragen * Erstellung der gesamten Versanddokumentation und Kontrolle der Exportdokumente * Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Bestellungen des zugeteilten Länderbereichs inklusive Vergabe und Koordination von Transporten * Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Schnittstellen (Produktionsplanung, Verkauf, Qualitätsmanagement, Kunden, Speditionen) * Aufnahme von Kundenreklamationen * Selbstständige Lösungsfindung bei Kundensupport- und Logistikproblemen * Proaktive Identifikation von Risiken und Chancen im Rahmen des Aufgabenbereichs, um die Auftragsprozesse zu verbessern

Ihre Qualifikationen

Mindestqualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Matura oder gleichwertiger Abschluss * Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch (min. B2 Niveau), in Wort und Schrift * Gute MS Office Kenntnisse

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

* Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, in der Auftragsverwaltung, Logistik, Supply Chain oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen. * ERP-Kenntnisse (z.B. SAP)

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass für diese Position ein Grundgehalt ab 2600 EUR brutto pro Monat (auf Basis einer 38h Woche) vorgesehen ist. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung erfolgt abhängig von Ausbildung, Erfahrung und individueller Kompetenzen und kann demnach auch darüber liegen. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Customer Service Coordinator mit Schwerpunkt auf Export (m/w/d) beträgt 2.600,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
