Dit ga je doen Als Customer Service Medewerker bij onze leuke opdrachtgever ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat iedereen veilig en zonder enig gedoe gebruik kan maken van systemen voor identiteit en toegang. Je helpt mensen die werken in onder andere terminals, warehouses en diverse fabrieken. Zij hebben een persoonlijke digitale identiteit (XS-ID) nodig om op locatie te kunnen werken. Jij ondersteunt hen bij het aanvragen, activeren en gebruiken hiervan. Dat doe je via telefoon, e-mail en aan de balie. In jouw werk zorg je ervoor dat toegangspassen worden aangemaakt en geactiveerd, zoals de CargoCard. Je beantwoordt vragen, helpt bij problemen en zorgt dat alles goed wordt uitgezocht en opgelost. Soms is iets simpel en kun je het direct regelen, soms moet je het doorzetten naar een andere afdeling. Je houdt ook bij dat alle communicatie naar klanten en andere betrokkenen op tijd wordt verstuurd en je zorgt dat de administratie netjes klopt. Daarnaast werk je altijd volgens duidelijke veiligheidsregels, omdat we werken in omgevingen waar veiligheid heel belangrijk is. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Zeker niet tijdens drukke periodes waarin er op locaties groot onderhoud wordt gedaan. Dan zijn er in korte tijd veel extra mensen op het terrein aan het werk.
