In de rol als Customer Service Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het contact met de klanten. De focus zal in deze functie vooral liggen op het complete orderproces voor de klant. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het contact met de klanten wereldwijd; - Het opbouwen van een relatie met de klant; - De afstemming over bijvoorbeeld de afhaalmomenten van de orders; - Het up-to-date houden van de klanten over de orders en het logistieke proces; - Strategische keuzes maken met betrekking tot de klantrelatie (denk aan het financiële aspect, de efficiëntie); - Contact met leveranciers; - Problemen, aanpassingen, wijzigingen ad-hoc oplossen. waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij trader die gespecialiseerd is in het verhandelen van hoogwaardige en organische moleculen. Door hun contacten en connecties in onder andere Amerika, het Midden-Oosten, Azië en Afrika. Met hun expertise spelen ze in op de wereldwijde behoeftes in de markt.
