Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Je beheert het volledige order-to-cashproces voor klanten binnen de Nordic-regio, van orderverwerking tot facturatie en levering.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je zorgt voor een professionele en klantgerichte opvolging van hun vragen, bestellingen en dossiers.
  • Als customer service medewerker bouw je expertise op in de specifieke Nordic-processen, waaronder transportafspraken, exportdocumentatie en douaneformaliteiten.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met interne afdelingen, transporteurs en internationale collega's om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Naast customer service ondersteun je ook administratieve en commerciële projecten, waaronder bepaalde marketingactiviteiten.

Wie zoeken wij als Customer Service Medewerker?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen customer service, customer care, sales support of orderverwerking; één jaar ervaring is voldoende.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over een goede basiskennis Frans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en bent leergierig ingesteld.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint en Teams); ervaring met SAP is een plus.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische KMO-omgeving waar verantwoordelijkheid, flexibiliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.
