Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel in de dagelijkse werking: je begeleidt klanten, volgt orders en leveringen op en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming met verschillende interne teams. Een veelzijdige functie waarin service, communicatie en nauwkeurigheid samenkomen binnen een groeiende en internationale werkomgeving.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een professionele en persoonlijke opvolging van hun vragen, bestellingen en behoeften.
  • Je beheert klantendossiers van A tot Z en bewaakt een correcte verwerking en tijdige opvolging van orders, leveringen en administratieve afspraken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met sales, planning, warehouse en logistieke partners om ervoor te zorgen dat alles vlot op elkaar afgestemd is.
  • Je denkt proactief mee met klanten, signaleert opportuniteiten en draagt bij aan een optimale klantbeleving en efficiënte dienstverlening.
  • Je ondersteunt bij diverse commerciële en logistieke processen en zorgt ervoor dat administratie, rapportering en opvolging steeds nauwkeurig en gestructureerd verlopen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en oplossingsgericht en haalt energie uit klantencontact.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, stelt vlot prioriteiten en hebt oog voor een correcte administratie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels, Frans en/of Duits en voelt je goed in een internationale omgeving.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een plus, net als kennis van transportcoördinatie, douaneprocedures en commerciële administratie zoals kortingen en commissies.
