De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Customer Service Officer

  • Verwerken en administratief opvolgen van inkomende klantorders
  • Ingeven van orders in het interne systeem en bewaken van correcte gegevens
  • Opvolgen van transportdossiers en controleren van noodzakelijke documenten
  • Communiceren met klanten over volumes, zendingen en transportstatussen
  • Proactief versturen van updates en opvolgen van vertragingen of afwijkingen
  • Coördineren van transportinformatie zoals vrachtwagen-, container- en chauffeursgegevens
  • Opvolgen van douaneformaliteiten en containergerelateerde administratie
  • Bewaken van VGM-documentatie en scan- of fysieke controles
  • Monitoren van klanttrafieken, volumes en vaste transportstromen
  • Samenwerken met interne diensten om een efficiënte transportflow te garanderen
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan een correcte administratieve opvolging

  • Ervaring binnen customer service, administratie of transport is een plus
  • Affiniteit met logistiek en transportprocessen
  • Klantgericht, communicatief sterk en service-minded
  • Nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk ingesteld
  • Stressbestendig en vlot kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Kennis van Duits is een plus
  • Kennis van TAS, container yard app of e-Services is een pluspunt
  • Vlot kunnen werken met digitale systemen en administratieve tools
