Robert Half is op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker (fulltime of 4/5de) in Roeselare.

Takenpakket

  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt sterke relaties op door een vlotte en klantgerichte service. 📞
  • Je verwerkt inkomende orders nauwkeurig in het systeem.
  • Je denkt actief mee met klanten wanneer een bepaald artikel niet beschikbaar is en stelt passende alternatieven voor.
  • Je volgt leveringen en leveringstermijnen op en communiceert hierover helder naar de klant.
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je hebt intern contact met verschillende afdelingen om prioriteiten af te stemmen en dossiers correct op te volgen.
  • Je staat mee in voor de facturatie en de administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers.
  • Je analyseert vragen en zorgt ervoor dat deze bij de juiste interne contactpersoon terechtkomen.
  • Je werkt mee in een veranderende omgeving en denkt constructief mee tijdens de verdere optimalisatie van processen en systemen. 🚀

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau, opgedaan via studies of relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een customer service of administratief-commerciële functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een goede tot zeer goede kennis van het Frans, gezien een belangrijk deel van de klanten in het Frans communiceert.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels voor interne contacten; kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan goed overweg met courante softwaretoepassingen en staat open voor nieuwe systemen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, service minded en communicatief sterk, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je straalt maturiteit uit en combineert collegialiteit met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent een open, sympathieke en positieve persoonlijkheid die graag samenwerkt. 🙌
