Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je een centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, vakmensen en vertegenwoordigers. Je volgt bestellingen van dichtbij op, geeft advies over producten en toepassingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten steeds correct geïnformeerd zijn.

Dankzij opleidingen en dagelijkse praktijkkennis leer je het assortiment steeds beter kennen. Zo groei je uit tot een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner die klanten niet alleen administratief ondersteunt, maar hen ook commercieel en producttechnisch verder helpt.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je verwerkt bestellingen correct en volgt orders nauwgezet op in het systeem.
  • Je informeert klanten en vertegenwoordigers over prijzen, beschikbaarheden, levertermijnen en productinformatie.
  • Je ontvangt professionele klanten en vakmensen aan de balie en helpt hen verder met hun vragen of bestellingen.
  • Je denkt commercieel mee en zoekt naar geschikte oplossingen op basis van de behoefte van de klant.
  • Je bewaakt jouw dossiers van bestelling tot verdere opvolging en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer er vragen of problemen ontstaan.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met collega's van andere afdelingen om bestellingen en klantenvragen vlot te behandelen.
  • Je bouwt je productkennis verder uit via interne opleidingen en trainingen bij leveranciers.
  • Je leert de verschillende toepassingen en materialen grondig kennen zodat je klanten steeds beter kunt adviseren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en haalt energie uit dagelijks klantencontact.
  • Je beschikt over een commerciële ingesteldheid en denkt graag mee met klanten.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw dossiers en wacht niet af wanneer iets moet worden opgelost.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht wanneer verschillende bestellingen en vragen tegelijk binnenkomen.
  • Je begrijpt dat een sterke klantenservice samenwerking vraagt tussen verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Je kunt interne informatie helder en professioneel vertalen naar klanten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je te verdiepen in producten, materialen en toepassingen.
  • Interesse in hout, interieur, vloeren of bouwmaterialen is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent assertief, toegankelijk en voelt je thuis in een commerciële omgeving.
