Voor een groeiende onderneming binnen de beveiligingssector zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Officer die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de administratieve opvolging van onderhoudscontracten en de bijhorende planning.

Jouw job als Customer Service Officer

Als Customer Service Officer ben je de schakel tussen de klant, de interne teams en de planning. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudscontracten van begin tot einde correct worden opgevolgd.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van onderhoudscontracten van A tot Z.
  • Instaan voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve verwerking.
  • Opvolgen van de planning en bewaken van deadlines.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van contractuele afspraken.
  • Klanten informeren over onderhoudscontracten, afspraken en wijzigingen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over hun contract.
  • Registreren en documenteren van wijzigingen en de voortgang van contracten.
  • Afstemmen met collega's en interne afdelingen om de dienstverlening vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Proactief anticiperen op mogelijke problemen en tijdig oplossingen zoeken.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een ervaren en gestructureerde Customer Service Officer / Administratief Medewerker met affiniteit voor planning en contractbeheer.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen administratie, customer service, planning of contractbeheer.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met planning en opvolging.
  • Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je bent analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
  • Je werkt proactief en wacht niet af tot problemen zich voordoen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Ervaring binnen de beveiligingssector, technische dienstverlening of onderhoudsplanning is een pluspunt.
