De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als customer service medewerker?

  • Je bent voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van de bestellingen in SAP.
  • Hierbij begeleid je klanten van begin tot einde, gaande van de bestelling tot de levering.
  • Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor al de klantenvragen.
  • Je gaat het lastenboek gaan beheren.
  • Afstemmen van leveringen met klanten en de transportafdeling.
  • Samen met je collega's sta je in voor een correcte opvolging van de klanten.
  • Je werkt pro-actief mee aan lopende projecten binnen customer service en neemt initiatief om de processen te optimaliseren.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een hoger diploma en/of je hebt reeds ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Geboren met een commerciële feeling? En uiterst klantgericht? Dat is een must!
  • Naast een perfecte beheersing van Nederlands, beschik je over een goede kennis Frans en/of Engels.
  • Kennis SAP? Dat is een plus!
  • Je beschikt over een excellente pc-vaardigheid.
  • Ben jij stressbestendig? Leergierig? Een echt communicatief talent? Yes!
  • Je bent woonachtig regio Waregem.
