De vraag naar slimme bestelwagens met een B-rijbewijs boomt als nooit tevoren. Het antwoord? BodyConstruct! Wij zijn dé specialist in maatwerk en ombouwingen tot 3,5 ton. Van een subtiel zwaailicht tot een stevige trekhaak, en werkelijk alles daartussen. Vloeren, wanden, kasten, signalisatie, belettering of strak spuitwerk; wij realiseren het. Zelfs voor een complete open of gesloten opbouw draaien wij onze hand niet om.

Bovendien zijn we de trotse, exclusieve verdeler van de Smart-Box in onze regio: de absolute lichtgewicht-kampioen onder de opbouwkasten!

Jobomschrijving

  • Order verwerking: verwerken van binnenkomende klantenorders door deze in te plannen en op te volgen.
  • Garanties: ontvangen en verwerken van herstellingen die een gevolg zijn van niet-conforme opleveringen en deze in het orderverwerkingsproces opnemen.
  • Upselling-cross selling: identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten die zich voordoen binnen de orderafhandelingsfase en deze omzetten naar een effectieve verkoop en/of deze opportuniteit escaleren naar de juiste persoon.
  • Customer Service: fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor specifieke toegewezen klanten voor vragen en interventies mbt lopende orders en deze afhandelen op een wijze dat de klant tevreden is met de aangeboden oplossing/service.
  • Processen: formuleren van voorstellen en meedenken in het optimaliseren van de bedrijfsprocessen binnen de domeinen sales - customer service - planning.
  • MS Office/vaardig met ERP systemen
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, kennis Frans is een pluspunt
  • Bachelor denkniveau
  • Technische achtergrond (door studie of werkervaring)
  • Ervaring als commerciële binnendienst medewerker
  • Affiniteit met lichte vrachtwagens is een pluspunt.
