Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en speel je een cruciale rol in het garanderen van een uitstekende service. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten, volgt hun behoeften nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen klanten en interne afdelingen. Je bent de schakel tussen verkoop, planning, productie en logistiek om een optimale leverbetrouwbaarheid en klanttevredenheid te realiseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en problemen rond leveringen en bevoorrading.
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen in klantvraag en deze vertalen naar relevante interne acties.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van klantorders, leveringen, retourzendingen en verpakkingsstromen.
  • Coördineren van de oplossing van geschillen en serviceproblemen om een hoog serviceniveau te waarborgen.
  • Beheren van elektronische gegevensuitwisseling en communicatie met klanten.
  • Opvolgen van klantportalen en verwerken van klantbehoeften in het ERP-systeem.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een customer service-, supply chain- of logistieke functie.
  • Ervaring binnen de automotive sector is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als interne afdelingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent sterk in coördinatie en planning.
  • Je beschikt over overtuigingskracht en goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen
