Voor onze afdeling Panels & Floors zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Service Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, vertegenwoordigers en verschillende interne afdelingen.

Je combineert klantencontact, verkoop en administratie en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct verwerkt worden en klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een professionele en vlotte service.

Wat ga je doen? Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en orders correct en tijdig in het orderverwerkingssysteem.
  • Je informeert klanten en vertegenwoordigers over prijzen, levertermijnen en producttechnische informatie.
  • Je ontvangt klanten en vakmannen aan de balie en helpt hen verder met advies en ondersteuning.
  • Je volgt bestellingen en dossiers nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen.
  • Je bouwt je productkennis verder uit via interne opleidingen en opleidingen bij leveranciers.

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met klanten werkt, commercieel denkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Daarnaast:

  • Ben je communicatief sterk en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Neem je graag initiatief en zoek je actief naar oplossingen.
  • Ben je klantgericht en ga je graag een stap verder voor een klant.
  • Kun je vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en afdelingen.
  • Begrijp je dat een goede klantenservice verder gaat dan je eigen afdeling.
  • Kun je informatie duidelijk en professioneel vertalen naar de klant.
  • Spreek je vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Ben je leergierig en heb je interesse om onze producten en hun toepassingen grondig te leren kennen.
  • Voel je je goed in een commerciële omgeving en durf je klanten professioneel te woord te staan.

Ervaring in interieur, hout of een technische/commerciële omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw commerciële ingesteldheid en motivatie zijn belangrijk.
