Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een communicatief sterke Customer Service medewerker die klantendossiers van A tot Z opvolgt. Je wacht niet tot een klant zelf om informatie vraagt, maar neemt initiatief en houdt hen persoonlijk op de hoogte. Dankzij jouw aanpak weten zowel klanten als collega's altijd waar ze aan toe zijn.

  • Je volgt klantendossiers proactief op met het oog op deadlines en gemaakte afspraken.
  • Je houdt klanten persoonlijk op de hoogte van hun dossier, voornamelijk telefonisch, en communiceert ook wanneer er nog geen nieuwe ontwikkelingen zijn.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen Nederlands, Frans en Engels, afhankelijk van de klant.
  • Je verzamelt vragen en informatie van klanten en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat deze bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen.
  • Je signaleert ontbrekende informatie, mogelijke vertragingen of andere knelpunten en onderneemt tijdig actie.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en documentatie van de dossiers.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van klantenbezoeken van de accountmanagers.
  • Een aantal keer per jaar vertegenwoordig je samen met je collega's de organisatie op Belgische vakbeurzen.

Kortom, jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat klanten zich gehoord voelen, collega's correct geïnformeerd zijn en dossiers vooruitgaan.

Voor deze functie zoeken we niet alleen iemand die administratief sterk is. Vooral jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte ingesteldheid maken het verschil.

  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring en een bachelor diploma en/of denkniveau
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans én Engels, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk. Kennis van bijkomende talen zijn uiteraard een pluspunt.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk. De telefoon opnemen en zelf contact zoeken met een klant voelt voor jou natuurlijk aan.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers.
  • Je denkt vooruit en wacht niet af wanneer je merkt dat iets dreigt vast te lopen.
  • Ook op drukke momenten blijf je rustig en communiceer je duidelijk en professioneel.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office en ERP systemen. Nieuwe systemen aanleren schrikt jou niet af
