Vanuit een sterke operationele expertise organiseert het bedrijf dagelijks uiteenlopende transporten en zorgt het voor een efficiënte opvolging van elke zending, van planning tot levering.

Dankzij geavanceerde digitale systemen kunnen transporten nauwgezet worden gemonitord en documenten efficiënt worden beheerd. Daarnaast hecht de organisatie veel belang aan haar medewerkers en biedt ze een professionele werkomgeving met een ervaren team, voortdurende ondersteuning en aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant in Geel zoeken wij een Customer Service Medewerker. In deze functie werk je vanuit Geel in een dynamische logistieke omgeving waar transporten, planningen en klantvragen voortdurend kunnen veranderen. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, planning, dispatching, facturatie en externe transportpartners. Met een combinatie van commerciële feeling, administratieve nauwkeurigheid en operationeel inzicht zorg je ervoor dat vragen en problemen correct, duidelijk en tijdig worden opgevolgd.

After-salesdossiers vormen de kern van je functie. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail en zoekt actief naar passende oplossingen voor uiteenlopende vragen en problemen:

  • Je behandelt vragen over tarieven, aangerekende kosten, laad- en losafspraken, transportdetails en andere operationele of administratieve onderwerpen.
  • Je verzamelt de nodige informatie voor klachtendossiers, registreert de relevante gegevens en volgt elk dossier nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte doorstroom van informatie naar de operationele en facturatieafdelingen.
  • Je onderzoekt operationele vragen zelfstandig en stemt waar nodig af met dispatching of planning.
  • Je bewaakt gemaakte afspraken en houdt klanten en interne partners op de hoogte van de voortgang.
  • Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en draagt bij aan duidelijke, efficiënte werkafspraken.

Voor de functie van Customer Service Medewerker bij onze klant in Geel zoeken we een zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte professional met 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in customer service, bij voorkeur binnen transport, logistiek of een vergelijkbare operationele omgeving. Je combineert een vlotte communicatie met een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging en voelt je comfortabel in een context waarin prioriteiten snel kunnen wijzigen.

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in customer service, bij voorkeur met een link naar de transport- of logistieke sector.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent klantgericht, professioneel en sterk in het verduidelijken van informatie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en zoekt actief naar haalbare oplossingen.
  • Kennis van containertransport, terminals, haventransport of de bredere logistieke sector is een pluspunt.
