Wat ga je doen als customer service medewerker/ Dispatcher

Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Je bent het eerste contactpunt voor dispatchers en vrachtwagenchauffeurs die geconfronteerd worden met bandenpech. Met jouw klantgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een snelle, professionele en correcte opvolging van elke oproep.

Je verantwoordelijkheden als customer service medewerker/ Dispatcher

  • Telefonisch begeleiden en ondersteunen van klanten.
  • Registreren van klantgegevens en pechlocaties.
  • Coördineren van interventies en depannages.
  • Afstemmen met dispatchers, chauffeurs en mobiele monteurs.
  • Opvolgen van dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Opmaken van bestelbonnen en verwerken van facturatie.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.

Wie ben jij als customer service medewerker/ Dispatcher

Je bent een sterke communicator die het hoofd koel houdt in uitdagende situaties. Klanttevredenheid staat voor jou centraal en je weet prioriteiten te stellen wanneer snelheid en efficiëntie belangrijk zijn.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Frans, aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding.
  • Stressbestendigheid en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Een klant- en resultaatgerichte mindset.
  • Integriteit, betrouwbaarheid en een professionele attitude.
  • Respect voor collega's, klanten en partners.
  • Goede administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een wisselend uurrooster (6u-14u, 8u-16u of 10u-18u).
