In deze functie als customer service medewerker te Wijnegem verwerk je bestellingen die telefonisch of per e-mail binnenkomen.

  • Je voert bestellingen in die via telefoon of e-mail worden geplaatst.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve en telefonische klachten in Dynamics 365 volgens de geldende werkwijze.
  • Je communiceert resultaten om vooropgestelde doelstellingen binnen de afgesproken deadline te behalen.
  • Je staat klanten correct en geduldig te woord bij vragen en problemen, met respect voor hun taal en cultuur.
  • Je combineert telefonisch verkopen, orderinname en customer service om een professionele service te bieden.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte behandeling van bestellingen, zodat logistiek de verdere verwerking efficiënt kan opnemen en klanten correct worden bediend.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

We zoeken iemand die een eerste werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en;

  • Je hebt een algemene goede kennis van Microsoft Office en Outlook.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je werkt ordelijk en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent een gedreven en communicatieve teamplayer met een commerciële ingesteldheid.
