De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Customer Service Medewerker Export:

  • Instaan voor de volledige verwerking van bestellingen uit binnen- en buitenland.
  • Klantenorders correct invoeren en opvolgen in SAP.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en hen duidelijk informeren over onder andere levertermijnen en de status van bestellingen.
  • Exportcertificaten aanvragen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van de nodige documenten.
  • Afstemmen met de productieplanning om bestellingen tijdig en correct te kunnen leveren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met logistiek voor een vlotte opvolging van internationale orders.
  • Transporten naar klanten organiseren en de bijhorende praktische afspraken coördineren.
  • Bestellingen van A tot Z opvolgen en proactief schakelen wanneer zich wijzigingen of problemen voordoen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen klanten en de verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Administratieve en cijfermatige gegevens nauwkeurig controleren en verwerken.

  • In het bezit van een professionele bachelor binnen Internationaal Ondernemen, Logistiek Management, Marketing of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en beschikt over een kritisch oog voor cijfers.
  • Klantgerichte ingesteldheid en gemotiveerd om klanten een optimale dienstverlening te bieden.
  • Positieve en open persoonlijkheid met een sterke motivatie en doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Zelfstandig en flexibel in het organiseren en opvolgen van jouw werkzaamheden.
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bereid om ownership te nemen over klantendossiers.
  • Een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Goede kennis van Word en Excel.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
