  • Je geeft verzekeringstechnisch correcte antwoorden op vragen die klanten via e-mail stellen.
  • Je opent schadedossiers in verschillende verzekeringstakken (Brand, Auto, Bijstand …). Je start het dossier op en informeert de betrokken partijen.
  • Je begeleidt de klant telefonisch bij zijn dossier: je geeft de status van het dossier mee, vertelt meer over de volgende stap, schakelt de klant eventueel door …
  • Je verwerkt de poststukken volgens de juiste procedure.
  • Je registreert elk contactmoment met klanten nauwgezet.
