Over de organisatie

Voor onze klant, een internationaal en familiaal productiebedrijf in regio Turnhout, zijn we op zoek naar een customer service medewerker met sterke SAP-kennis. Je komt terecht in een groeiende organisatie met een no-nonsense cultuur, waar je klantencontact combineert met orderopvolging, interne afstemming en procesverbetering.

Jouw nieuwe functie

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen over bestellingen, leveringen en klachten.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt orders op in SAP, waaronder ook EDI-orders.
  • Je stemt af met productie, planning, magazijn en logistieke partners.
  • Je volgt klachten, transportdocumenten en creditnota's administratief correct op.
  • Je neemt een rol op als SAP Key User en denkt mee over procesverbetering, testing en digitalisering.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau en idealiter 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen customer service, inside sales of orderbeheer.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van/ervaring met SAP.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels. Frans en/of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en blijft rustig wanneer het druk is.
  • Je neemt initiatief, ziet werk liggen en denkt graag mee over betere processen.
