In deze vaste job kom je terecht in het hoofdkantoor waar ook het centraal magazijn gelegen is, in Herentals, waar jij een cruciale schakel bent tussen klant en organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct en tijdig verwerkt worden en dat klanten zich écht geholpen voelen.

Jouw rol op de werkvloer Je start de dag met het bekijken van binnenkomende orders. Via mail, telefoon of webshop komen vragen en bestellingen binnen, en jij verwerkt deze nauwkeurig in het systeem. Tegelijk ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten: je geeft heldere antwoorden over levertermijnen, orderstatus en productspecificaties. Daarnaast:

  • Je plant leveringen en maakt duidelijke afspraken met klanten
  • Je volgt naleveringen en afroeporders nauwgezet op
  • Je beheert webshopbestellingen en zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling
  • Je schakelt dagelijks met interne afdelingen voor een optimale service
  • Je bewaakt overzicht, zelfs wanneer meerdere deadlines samenkomen

Kortom: jij brengt structuur, klantenvertrouwen en efficiëntie samen in één rol.

  • Ervaring in customer service / order entry / administratie ? je start met vertrouwen en bouwt verder op je expertise
  • Sterke communicatie in NL basis FR/EN ? je schakelt vlot met verschillende klanten
  • Handigheid met IT (Outlook, MS Office, Navision) ? je werkt efficiënt en overzichtelijk
