Onze klant is een familiebedrijf actief in de voedingssector. Er heerst een warme en collegiale sfeer, de communicatielijnen zijn kort en iedereen kent elkaar. Je komt terecht in een stabiele omgeving waar hard werken en plezier hand in hand gaan.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensband met hen op.
  • Je beheert het volledige orderproces in het ERP-systeem. Je waakt er proactief over dat de leveringstermijnen en gemaakte afspraken strikt worden nageleefd.
  • Loopt er systeemtechnisch of logistiek iets mis? Jij schakelt snel, denkt oplossingsgericht en zorgt voor een efficiënte flow.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het periodiek opstellen van de interne verkooprapportages.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door een stevige ervaring in klantgerichte, commerciële functies.
  • Je hebt ervaring in administratieve en commerciële/klantgerichte functies.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goed niveau Frans & Engels.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en proactief.
  • Je bent een doorzetter, probleemoplossend en stressbestendig.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en denkt proactief mee om processen te optimaliseren.
