Wie ben jij Als Als Customer Service Representative ben je het stralende visitekaartje. Je bent optimistisch, detail-oriënteert en krijgt energie van samenwerken in een hecht team. Je toont initiatief en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen in een dynamische omgeving. Om direct te kunnen starten, voldoe je aan de volgende kwalificaties:

- Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding; - Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en Engels; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar voor 36 tot 40 uur per week.; - Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring opgedaan in een klantenservice-omgeving; - Kennis van procedures, beleidsregels en processen op het gebied van klantenservice is een pluspunt.

Wat ga je doen Samen met jouw team zorg je voor een glimlach op het gezicht van elke klant. Je begeleidt het orderproces van A tot Z (van invoer tot de facturatie) in het IFS-systeem. Daarnaast help je klanten via mail en digitale kanalen met vragen over leveringen en productinformatie. Je schakelt met carriers voor de logistiek en controleert de bijbehorende facturen. Een uitdagende, zelfstandige rol waarin je écht het verschil maakt voor baasjes en hun huisdieren!
