Voor een internationale en snelgroeiende onderneming actief binnen technische oplossingen in Erembodegem zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Representative. In deze veelzijdige functie begeleid je klanten vanaf het moment dat een bestelling binnenkomt tot en met de verdere administratieve afhandeling.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent een vast aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt hun vragen op een efficiënte manier.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct worden ingevoerd en verder opgevolgd.
  • Je houdt klanten op de hoogte wanneer er wijzigingen zijn in planning, beschikbaarheid of levering.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat afspraken met klanten worden nagekomen.
  • Je coördineert praktische afspraken rond leveringen en werkt hiervoor samen met logistieke partners.
  • Je volgt openstaande dossiers actief op en grijpt in wanneer de normale planning dreigt te worden verstoord.
  • Je verwerkt wijzigingen, retouren en eventuele klachten op een correcte manier.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie in de administratieve systemen actueel en betrouwbaar blijft.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de administratieve afhandeling van orders en facturatie.
  • Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en denkt mee over manieren om de dienstverlening efficiënter te maken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit onder andere Sales, Logistiek, Aankoop en Operations.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een sterke administratieve achtergrond en gaat graag gestructureerd te werk. Ervaring in een commerciële, administratieve of customer service-omgeving is een must!
  • Je kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met collega's uit verschillende teams.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen.
  • Je hebt interesse in logistiek en transport.
