Seither steht das Unternehmen seinen Kunden mit einem herstellerunabhängigen Produktportfolio zur Seite. Diese Flexibilität wird von Krankenhäusern, Pflegeheimen, Ambulanzen, Ordinationen, Ärzten, Unternehmen, Regierungen usw. sehr geschätzt. Zudem hat sich unser Unternehmen auf Service und Wartung von medizinischen Geräten und medizinischen IT-Lösungen sowie auf die Planung und Einrichtung von Gesundheitseinrichtungen sowie Schulung des Personals und die Ausstattung inkl. Integration in das IT-System spezialisiert.

Unsere Philosophie: Heutzutage brauchen Kunden mehr als nur Produkte Sie brauchen einen Partner auf den sie sich verlassen können. 1 Customer Service & Sales Support (m/w/x) Ihre Aufgaben

* Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten

* Auftragserfassung, Auftragsabwicklung und Terminverfolgung

* Unterstützung des Außendienstes in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen

* Pflege von Kunden_innen-stammdaten im System

* Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Reklamationen und Servicefällen

* Koordination zwischen Vertrieb, Logistik und Serviceabteilung

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Vertriebsumfeld

* Artikelpflege

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung im Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit ERP/CRM-Systemen von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kunden_innen-orientierung und Kommunikationsstärke

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisationstalent

Wir bieten Ihnen für die Position ein marktkonformes Bruttomonatsgehalt von € 2.800,-- auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, welche sich an der konkreten Qualifikation sowie Erfahrung orientiert.
