Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund_innen und sorgst im JYSK Customer Service Center für ein erstklassiges Serviceerlebnis. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team findest du für jedes Anliegen die passende Lösung - schnell, freundlich und kompetent.

* Du übernimmst Verantwortung, erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und findest schnell passende Lösungen

* Gemeinsam mit deinem zielorientierten Team meisterst du ein dynamisches Umfeld mit viel Abwechslung

* Im JYSK Customer Service Center bearbeitest du Anfragen über Telefon, E-Mail, Chat und Social Media

* Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Stores und internen Abteilungen zusammen

* Deine Arbeitszeiten vereinbarst du individuell - von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 08:00 und 18:00 Uhr
