Opgericht door voormalig topsporters en bewegingswetenschappers, is de organisatie inmiddels actief in 7 landen met bijna een half miljoen afgeronde activiteiten en tienduizenden periodieke onderzoeken. Verantwoordelijkheden Als Customer Success Manager pak jij vanaf dag één de volledige ownership over een portfolio van circa 85 B2B-klanten. Jij bent de strategische sparringpartner die zorgt dat klanten binnen 90 dagen maximale waarde uit het platform halen, hun contracten met enthousiasme verlengen en groeien in hun gebruik. Met meer dan 300 klanten in zowel binnen als buitenland en inmiddels een team wat al 5+ jaar successen boekt is dit een team waar je onderdeel van wil worden. Je werkt vanuit een prachtig historisch pand in hartje De Pijp binnen een ambitieus, hecht en vooral sportief team dat successen viert én regelmatig samen op het water staat of de padel kooi in duikt. Je bent van de onboarding tot aan de verlenging verantwoordelijk voor het succes, de tevredenheid en het behoud van jouw klantportfolio.
