Van incident tot innovatie. Ben jij een SAP-professional met organisatietalent die energie krijgt van klantcontact, overzicht houden en continu verbeteren? Vind je het leuk om te werken op het snijvlak van SAP, IT-beheer en klantdienstverlening? Dan is de rol van Customer Success Coordinator (CSC) bij McCoy Managed Services misschien wel iets voor jou. Als CSC ben je de operationele spil van de SAP-dienstverlening. Je houdt overzicht over één of meerdere SAP-omgevingen van onze klanten, zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en weet precies wie wanneer in actie moet komen. Je hoeft niet zelf ieder SAP-vraagstuk op te lossen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het juiste vraagstuk bij de juiste specialist terechtkomt en bewaakt vervolgens dat het wordt opgelost: van kleine incidenten tot grote innovaties. De regisseur van de dienstverlening Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag coördineer je een kritieke change, de volgende dag stem je met een klant de prioriteiten voor een release af of zorg je dat een escalatie met SAP of een andere leverancier goed wordt opgepakt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Coördineren van incident-, change- en problem management. - Bewaken van SLA's, KPI's, planning, budgetten en gemaakte afspraken. - Regie voeren op incidenten, escalaties, upgrades, patches en releases. - Afstemmen met klanten, SAP, consultants en andere leveranciers. - Prioriteiten bepalen en verwachtingen managen. - Signaleren van capaciteitsproblemen, terugkerende incidenten en risico's. - Initiëren van verbeteringen en meedenken over de SAP-roadmap, innovaties en maturity scans. - Bewaken van documentatie, kennisdeling en onboarding binnen het beheerteam. - Je zit dicht op de klant en weet wat er speelt.
