The posting

Voor een stabiele en groeiende IT- en softwareorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Success Manager ERP die graag duurzame klantenrelaties uitbouwt en een sterke interesse heeft in software, ERP en bedrijfsprocessen.

Je wordt het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van kmo-klanten en begeleidt hen bij het optimaliseren en verder uitbouwen van hun ERP-omgeving. Je begrijpt hun bedrijfsprocessen en noden, denkt proactief mee en vertaalt deze naar concrete softwareoplossingen.

Daarnaast detecteer je commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten en bouw je actief nieuwe relaties uit. Je combineert dus customer success, relatiebeheer, advies en business development.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van B2B-klanten.
  • Duurzame relaties opbouwen met klanten en decision makers.
  • Bedrijfsprocessen en klantbehoeften analyseren en vertalen naar passende ERP- en softwareoplossingen.
  • Klanten adviseren en begeleiden bij hun digitale evolutie.
  • Proactief optimalisaties, uitbreidingen en nieuwe projecten detecteren.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten identificeren en opvolgen.
  • Gericht prospecteren en een professioneel netwerk uitbouwen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met consultants, projectteams en development.
  • Het vertrouwen en de langetermijnsamenwerking met klanten bewaken.
  • Klanten begeleiden vanuit een consultatieve en adviserende aanpak.
  • Relevante ervaring heeft binnen ERP, software of digitale bedrijfsoplossingen.
  • Sterke commerciële en relationele vaardigheden bezit.
  • Ervaring van 5+ jaar binnen een B2B-omgeving en vlot communiceert met decision makers.
  • Interesse heeft in ERP, IT, bedrijfsprocessen en digitalisatie.
  • Vanuit een consultatieve mindset werkt: luisteren, analyseren, adviseren en begeleiden.
  • Zelfstandig en matuur kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten weet te herkennen en relaties op lange termijn kan uitbouwen.
  • Ervaring heeft in een klantgerichte softwareomgeving.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma heeft, bij voorkeur in IT, handelswetenschappen, bedrijfsmanagement of een combinatie hiervan.
  • Bij voorkeur afkomstig is uit de Waregem of +- 30 min hiervan.
